About Ron Rampolla

Ron Rampolla is Property Manager and Managing Directer of House Rentals, LLC.

Since 1982, Ron has been an active and involved member of the real estate community in Tampa.

He has 34 years of extensive experience in Tampa, negotiating contracts, leases, developing, real estate management, acquisition, and sales.

Ron’s involvement in the Tampa Bay community includes:

• Current member of the Rental Certificate Advisory Board for the City of Tampa
• Speaker, and educator for various real estate investor groups
• Former member of the Economic Coalition for Hillsborough County
• Past Board Member of the Exchange Club of Tampa
• Past Board member of the Ybor City Development Corporation where he Co-Chaired the Infrastructure Planning committee
• Past Board member of the Heart of East Tampa Front Porch Association
• Past chair of the Legislative Committee for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors®
• Former Board of Directors of the East Tampa Business and Civic Association
• Former Chair, of Ybor City Chamber of Commerce
• Former Vice Chairman of Ybor City Chamber Marketing Committee
• Former member of Board of Directors for Front Porch Florida

• University of South Florida, B.A., 1983
• Completed over 200 hours of graduate-level courses focused on real estate as an investment
