Criteria to qualify for residency includes
- Proof of identification
- Proof of income
- Income greater than 2.5 times the amount of rent
- Verification of current positive credit payment history
- Credit Score greater than 650
- A minimum of 24 months positive verifiable rental history
- No evictions or foreclosures
- No bankruptcy
- No disqualifying criminal felony or misdemeanor offenses
